School Privacy Notice
SchoolQuest is designed to use the minimum pupil information reasonably needed to provide the learning service. The current pupil record uses first name, surname initial, school/class/year association and a SchoolQuest access credential.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate pupils, present age/year-appropriate learning, record learning activity and rewards, provide authorised school and family progress information, operate school rewards and keep the service secure.
Commercial separation
Pupil educational performance is not used to target advertising. Sponsors do not receive child-level learning profiles. Parent-facing commercial activity must remain separated from children’s educational data.

SchoolQuest keeps these documents under review and will update the version and review date when material changes are made.
