SchoolQuest is designed for primary-age children without open child-to-child communication. The pilot does not provide pupil messaging, public child profiles or child trading of collectible cards.
Product safeguards
Individual learning performance is not intended for public leaderboards. Family access requires an authorised link. Child-facing commercial pressure is avoided. Content should be age appropriate and learning-first.
Operational review
Before pilot launch, document safeguarding ownership, reporting/escalation routes, content moderation arrangements for any future user submissions, staff access expectations and procedures for handling safeguarding concerns.
