Pilot School Agreement
The Founding Schools Pilot is planned for 20 UK primary schools for three months at no charge.
SchoolQuest provides
Access to the current SchoolQuest platform, reasonable pilot support, school/pupil onboarding tools, parent linking and learning/engagement reporting available in the pilot release.
Participating school
The school nominates an authorised contact, supplies only appropriate pupil information, manages staff access, distributes access credentials appropriately and provides structured feedback during the pilot.
After the pilot
There is no obligation to continue. The standard price after the pilot is £99 per school per year with no per-pupil charge. Either party may end pilot participation by written notice. On exit, SchoolQuest will handle return or deletion of personal data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and retention policy. SchoolQuest retains its platform, software, brand and content intellectual property. A school retains rights in information it supplies. Any identifiable case study, quotation or school endorsement requires the school’s separate approval.
